Abandoned Heroes is a 2022 nationally recognized documentary. It was selected among the top 150 winners out of more than 3,000 submissions spanning 41 states, including Washington, DC, as well as South Korea and Morocco. I made this throughout my junior year of high school. Contacting multiple sources spanning from the Veterans Affairs Agency, The University of North Texas, and multiple veteran organizations. I wrote, directed, edited, shot and conducted every aspect of this documentary.
